If the client has made up his mind and wishes to order a lawyer to draw up any specific legal document, such work can be completed and delivered in the best form in the shortest possible time.
Any document of a legal nature, depending on the direction of its use, is regulated in terms of form and content by laws and bylaws.
For example, if you want to file a lawsuit for divorce, such a statement must meet the requirements of not only the Family Code of Ukraine, but also the requirements of Art. 175 – 177 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
If it does not meet such requirements, the court, deciding on the opening of proceedings in the case, guided by Part 1 of Art. 185 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, will make a decision to leave the claim without movement and determine the time for eliminating the deficiencies.
As a rule, after that, clients begin to turn to a lawyer for professional legal assistance, either in the redrafting of documents, or in the assignment of complex management of the case.
In addition to performing narrowly assigned tasks, I always try to provide the client with a view of the situation “from the end”, “dry legal”, so that there are no illusions, but there is an understanding of what can actually be achieved, and what forces and means are needed for this.
